Therapy can support you in working through any of the challenges listed above, while gaining clarity about who you are and what matters most.
At the same time, it can also be a space to experience the smaller, often quieter changes- moments of insight, a deeper sense of calm, and feeling more understood and connected in your relationships. I work from a relational, attachment-based lens, incorporating somatic and parts-based work to explore internal experience, while also bringing in approaches such as cognitive or dialectical behavioural therapy when it supports practical change.
